Customs Delivery Terms (International Commercial Terms)

Value Code Description
1 DDP Delivered Duty Paid: The seller is obligated to deliver the goods to the destination specified by the buyer, including customs clearance for import and payment of customs duties. All risks and costs belong to the seller.
2 DDU Delivered Duty Unpaid: The seller is obligated to deliver the goods to the specified location in the buyer's country, excluding import customs duties. Import taxes and customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
3 DAP Delivered At Place: The seller delivers the goods at the destination specified by the buyer, ready for unloading on the vehicle. Import customs procedures and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
